After 35 years of service though my existing taxation agent, I recently found myself having to find a new agent. I approached Amada and spoke with, and subsequently met, Hanson Ottogalli. I had a significant backlog of outstanding taxation returns and was a little apprehensive about the outcome with the ATO. I was also hesitant as I had some crypto currency investments and needed a firm with crypto experience. My experience with Armada, particularly through the agency of Hanson, has been very satisfying, efficient, professional, and personable. During the process I also had broader contact with other personnel with whom I enjoyed the same experience. Hanson displayed flexibility to accommodate my circumstances. I felt comfortable that my needs as a client were being met and I had trust that Armada would do their best for me as a client, not merely be a pseudo ATO agent. All my returns were processed and submitted quickly, without fuss. They have been processed by the ATO and I can now go forward with a clean slate. I cannot recommend Armada Accountancy highly enough; it is comforting to know that my taxation needs are well managed.

Business accounting worries be gone - Hanson and Kelly have been absolutely amazing. Hanson calls and emails me in advance when BAS and Tax are upcoming, he is also proactive and requests extensions if he hasn't heard from me knowing all too well that I haven't had the chance to go over my books because I am so busy working ‘in’ the business - he also takes the time and attention to go over things with me thoroughly and has helped me map out financial projections and so much more. As for Kelly, well the service she has provided to me is second to none. Her turnaround time with requests, willing to work through things with me in ‘layman’s terms’ whether over the phone or in-person, I honestly cannot thank her enough, troubleshooting payroll, bookkeeping and MYOB issues, you name it – just an outright champion. Both of them. I am really glad I made the decision to join Armada, even on initial meeting back in early 2024, the meeting with Hanson and Lai – it was a true meeting, no bs or hard sells, just straight to the point and laid all cards out on the table to see if we were a good fit for each other. No problem seems too big or small for them, they always manage to find a solution and for that, I am forever grateful. Thank you, and thank you to Gaylene for always being so lovely on the phone whenever I call :-)
